I have used this for a couple of years and love it. I even like the smell of the camphor. I have neck stiffness and I have leg and heel pain at times. I use this when it is bothering me and it's a wonder. You don't need a lot to go a long way. A little on your finger spreads out over a large area. It's been a jar by my bed since I was introduced to it.
