Lavender Infused Honey

Lavender Infused Honey is a perfect pairing of organic wildflower honey gently infused with certified organic lavender.  We carefully blend each batch of honey with our own lavender directly form the fields.  A sweet floral background with a sweet clean mint aroma. 

Excellent on toast, in tea or as a base for lavender salad dressing.  May also be used as a glaze on chicken or fish.  A must have for those special occasions. Delicious!

Lavender infused Honey is a remarkable way to experience this majestic herb.  Unlike True Lavender Honey that is Honey produced from the hives of bee's working the lavender fields here at the farm.  True Lavender Honey is darker and has a more of a delicate lavender taste than the lavender infused Honey.  The Lavender infused Honey is a robust lavender flavor due to the blending of lavender into a natural wildflower honey.
