Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. The shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Times and Estimates
All of our products are made to order when an order is placed. Keeping this in mind..
Orders will usually ship within 3-4 business days but very large orders for large quantities can take up-to 13 business days to ship as we order in the fresh ingredients to fill your order, process your order and manufacture your order. it is refreshing to know your products are not sitting and aging on a shelf but rather being made once you place your order. Fresh, small batches every time!
Normally - Smaller orders received before 8.00am California Time will normally be made the same day or within 24 hours and ship the Following Business Day.
Smaller Orders placed after 8.00 am should ship within 3 business days of placement. We do not process orders, or ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays and national (bank) holidays.

Due to increased demand for our products during the Christmas season, Usual Shipping of all Retail sales may take up to 5 business days to ship. Bulk and Wholesale Orders will Usually ship within 13 to 17 Business Days from order placement.
Transit times as indicated within our shopping cart are provided to us by the carrier as typical delivery times within the continental U.S. As all transit time estimates are provided by the shipping carrier for the service indicated, Actual Transit times may vary and delivery of your products are completely under the control of the Shipping Carrier.
Delays or problems experienced during transit are rare but do happen, and while we understand that any type of delay can be annoying Be Aware that We cannot be held responsible for any delays which fall beyond any estimated transit time once your order has been passed on to the Shipping Carrier for delivery.
Lost items must be traced by the carrier. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your products, but we must have resolution of status (loss or damage) before we can reship your product.
In regards to claiming a lost package through the United States Postal Service. Proof of Loss will take no less than 30 days from mailing and UPS can take up to 10 days for resolution after loss has been reported.

Small batch apothecary items are freshly crafted once your order is placed and with this a short processing time of 2-4 days is required to create your specific order. We value your time and are grateful for your continued patience as we hand craft each of your items just for you!
