Founded in 2006, Central Coast Lavender is a family owned lavender farm, distillery, and apothecary located in Paso Robles, California.
For nearly two decades we have grown, distilled, formulated, and shared the benefits of lavender through artisan products, education, and consulting. Every product begins with the belief that quality matters. From the lavender we grow to the ingredients we select, our focus remains on purity, integrity, and purpose.
What We Do
Grow
We cultivate lavender on California's Central Coast using sustainable farming practices and a deep respect for the land.
Distill
Our lavender essential oils are artisan steam distilled in small batches using traditional copper stills.
Formulate
Each product is developed by founder and certified aromatherapist Lila Avery Fuson, blending botanical science with decades of hands on experience.
Educate
Through Lavender Academy™, consulting, mentorship, workshops, and educational resources, we help consumers, growers, and entrepreneurs learn the art and business of lavender.
Our Legacy
Central Coast Lavender was founded by Lila Avery Fuson following a personal health journey that led her to explore aromatherapy, herbal studies, and botanical wellness. Since then, the farm has helped shape the modern lavender movement in California and across the United States.
