Return policy
All sales are final. Each product is handcrafted to order, made fresh upon receipt of your purchase. Because of the personalized nature of our small-batch process, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist.
Production and shipping
All items are made to order. Nothing is pre-made or kept in stock. Each product is blended, poured, or assembled by hand in small batches for your order.
Production time is two to five business days before shipping. We ship through USPS, with an estimated delivery time of two to four business days after dispatch.
