WHAT “100% PURE” MEANS HERE
Siphoned straight off the still. Into the bottle.
Passing through the copper coils of the condenser, the steam cools back to liquid. It drips steadily onward into the separator, where the essential oil separates naturally by specific gravity. Because it is lighter than water, the oil floats gracefully to the top, where it is gently drawn off and channeled straight into the bottle—natural, neat, simple, and direct. From still to bottle, nothing is added, nothing cut, and nothing carried. Field to still, still to bottle—exactly.

ALCHEMY AND OUR CHOSEN COPPER POT STILL
The oldest way, and the only one we’ve known.
Distilling is the old alchemy — refining the field’s heavy matter into its purest essence. Ours happens on a copper alembic pot still, steam-distilled the way it’s been done for centuries. We chose it over a column, even at two tons a year: a column is built for speed and scale, driving its steam straight through under pressure, while the pot works the gentler way.
Our still is a traditional copper alembic — a big round belly, an onion-domed top, matched to an oversized condenser nearly the size of the pot itself. In that wide belly, the steam rises slow and unhurried and drifts up through the lavender, coaxing open the flowers’ oil sacs rather than forcing them. The copper binds away the bitter, sulfurous notes for a sweeter, cleaner oil, and the oversized condenser cools the vapor the instant it rises, holding on to the delicate top notes that faster setups let slip away.
Slower, smaller-batch — the whole reason the oil comes off rounder, fuller, unmistakably alive. A difference you can smell, and one we check by nose, season after season.
