
Lavender Lemon Bars
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender buds, ground
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine butter, flour, and powdered sugar to make crust. Press into a 9x13 pan and bake 15 minutes. Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and ground lavender. Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.

Lavender Shortbread
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender buds, finely chopped
Instructions: Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and lavender. Mix until dough forms. Roll into a log and chill. Slice and bake at 325°F for 18–20 minutes or until edges are golden.

Lavender Honey Butter
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp local honey
- 1 tsp culinary lavender, ground
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Serve chilled or room temperature on warm bread, scones, or biscuits.

Sparkling Lavender Lemonade
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups water
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender buds
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 liter sparkling water
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine sugar, 2 cups water, and lavender. Bring to a boil and let steep. Strain and cool. Mix with lemon juice, remaining water, and sparkling water before serving.
Lavender Herbes de Provence
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried savory
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender buds
Instructions: Mix herbs in a small bowl. Store in airtight container. Use in meats, stews, or vegetable dishes.

Lavender Mustard
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground lavender buds
Instructions: Stir ingredients together until smooth. Store in fridge and use within 2 weeks. Excellent for sandwiches, meats, or vinaigrettes.

Lavender Balsamic Glaze
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp culinary lavender
Instructions: Simmer all ingredients over low heat until reduced by half. Strain. Use over cheese, grilled veggies, or meats.

Lavender Goat Cheese Spread
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp dried lavender, crushed
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions: Blend ingredients until smooth. Chill before serving with crackers or crostini.


Lavender Sorbet
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lavender buds
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Instructions: Simmer lavender, sugar, and water for 10 minutes. Strain and cool. Add lemon juice and freeze in ice cream maker or pan, stirring every 30 minutes.

Lavender Iced Tea
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp dried lavender buds
- 2 black tea bags
- 1/4 cup honey
- Ice and lemon slices
Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Add lavender and steep 10 minutes. Strain, then add tea bags and steep another 5 minutes. Stir in honey, cool, and serve over ice with lemon slices.

Lavender Berry Ice Cream
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lavender
- 1/2 cup berries
Instructions: Simmer cream, milk, sugar, and lavender. Strain. Chill and churn in ice cream maker. Add berries in last few minutes of churning.

Sparkling Lavender Lemonade
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups water
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender buds
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 liter sparkling water
Instructions: Combine 2 cups water, sugar, and lavender. Bring to boil and steep. Strain and cool. Add lemon juice, remaining water, and sparkling water. Serve chilled.
