If you have been following me for a while, you know my love affair with lavender began with a life-changing diagnosis in 2005. It set the course for my life's work. I made the decision to take ownership of my health, care for my family, and honor our land and heritage here in Paso Robles.
You stayed with me through it all. From a wheelchair, to a walker, to a cane, and finally back to walking. Together, we did it. 💜
For twenty lavender seasons, you have shared this path with me and watched the work grow right alongside the lavender. You were there for the birth of what became one of California's largest lavender festivals and for the founding of our nation's lavender growers association.
Through it all, many of you became cherished customers, friends, colleagues, and students.
This is our twentieth year at Central Coast Lavender. We did not arrive here alone. In gratitude, we have dedicated the next five years to giving back to the people who made this lavender dream possible.
For two wonderful decades, we have listened with our hearts and offered personal care to the tens of thousands of people who have reached out to us.
This life as a lavender farmer, formulator, and educator was never about getting rich. The heart and soul of it has always been sharing what I have learned, honoring this extraordinary herb and its history, and helping others find their own way with lavender.
